This practice gently opens the body, releases tension, calms the mind, fosters emotional ease and deep connection with Self.
Each class follows a thoughtful framework, including:

Chanting: Cultivates focus, connection, and vibrational calm.

Asanas (Postures): Gentle, mindful movement to release tension, improve flexibility, and strengthen the body while inviting presence and introspection.

Deep Relaxation / Savasana: Allows the nervous system to reset, integrates the benefits of the practice, and promotes deep mental and emotional restoration.
